Many people want to get rid of stomach fat. It makes you look good and feels good too. The loss of fat also reveals your muscles. However aerobic exercises utilize fat from all over your body. So if you aim to loose stomach fat you end up loosing overall body fat.
What you can do to reduce stomach fat:
o Eat maximum carbs in the morning or after workout. Even out your protein and fat intake throughout the day.

o Medicine balls can be used for crunches.
o Use weight and other tools. You can also be resourceful and try household items.

o Get hold of a picture of really fit model from the internet or any magazine. Cut out your face and put it on the body of the model. Hang it on the wall and you will have constant inspiration. It sounds weird but works great.
o Cut out sugar from your diet. Start with removing sweet beverages like soda.
There are a number of items that you should avoid in order to reduce stomach fat. Try to get rid of these items from your diet completely. The following are a few of the stuff you must avoid:
White bread/ flour/ pasta:
White bread, flour and pasta contain a large number of fats. Thus they must be avoided in all circumstances.
Olive, Pastrami, Pizzas:
These contain a lot of salt and thus are harmful for your health. You must avoid them in order to keep on loosing belly fat. High salty foods are often the reason for causing high blood pressure.
Coffee:
Coffee has caffeine which is extremely harmful for human body.
Chocolate:
Chocolate is full of sugar and a lots of bad calories. Thus avoiding chocolates is your no. 1 priority if you want to reduce stomach fat. Just eradicate them from your life.
Fatty meats:
Some meat contains a lot of fat. So be very careful while going to the supermarket and choosing the right meat.
Beer and other alcoholic beverages:
If you are interested in loosing weight, you don’t want a beer belly for sure. Stay away from it!!
Cheese:
Cheese contains lot of fat which results in weight gain in your body.
Butter:
Butter is a well known carrier of fat. So if you want to loose weight, just don’t touch it.
